What is Urban Pilates?

Urban Pilates(UP) combines Traditional Pilates mat exercises with non-traditional Pilates music. Urban Pilates brings fun to the mat while still challenging the core muscles. The moves are set to current music and students learn specific routines while in class. In learning the routines, students practice Pilates and muscle endurance.

What is Camp Urban Pilates™?

Camp Urban Pilates is a 6-week camp that combines Urban Pilates® with Cardiovascular training. The class target is those new to exercise or restarting. The camp is 60% Urban Pilates® and 40% cardio training, to encourage participants to jumpstart their fitness regime. Students come to class determined to commit to the 6 weeks.
